Both. If you have an architect you trust, we coordinate directly with their team. If you're starting from scratch, our design-build service handles everything under one roof. We'll walk you through both options during your consultation.

Do you handle permits for new construction?

Yes. Permitting is managed as part of our build process. We handle city approvals, inspections, and code compliance so you don't have to coordinate that separately.
