What is the difference between design-build and hiring a separate architect and contractor?

With a traditional approach, the architect designs the project and then a contractor bids on it — often producing a build cost higher than expected. With our design-build model, design and construction are developed together, so the budget and the design stay aligned from the start.

Do you work with clients who already have a design or architect?

Yes. If you have an existing design, we can take over as the build team and coordinate directly with your architect. Many of our projects start partway through design, and we slot in to finish design and execute construction as one team.
