As my husband and I approach our one-year anniversary of living in our new home, our relationship with Derek Davies continues to carry on and remains special and incredibly meaningful. But let me dig into our experience working with Derek and his team. Final walkthrough with you. Every detail reviewed and addressed. Your 1-year workmanship warranty begins the day you walk through a finished project.

ADUs, kitchen, and bathroom remodels fall in the 3–6 month range. We give you a project-specific timeline at the estimate stage, and we communicate any changes before they happen — never after.

We don't publish a square-foot rate because every project is custom — what we do is provide a detailed, itemized estimate after our first call.
