To begin with, this review is long overdue. But in many ways, it's timelier than ever. As my husband and I approach our one-year anniversary of living in our new home, our relationship with Derek Davies continues to carry on and remains special and incredibly meaningful. But let me dig into our experience working with Derek and his team. Like many, we were aware of the horror stories about renovation projects, so we embarked on this project a bit weary with eyes wide open. At that time, Derek and our wonderful architect Sid Majumdar and his team at Wyota Workshop created a plan that embraced our vision succinctly. Derek and his team were at the property every day. There was work being done every day. He answered all our calls, emails and general concerns in a timely manner. He was always calm and professional and had our best interests at heart. He wanted to execute everything we envisioned as close to budget as possible. Ha! Well, that is if you, the client doesn't change things along the way. 😊 Our experience was exciting, exhausting and to this day, so rewarding. Today, we remain friends. He continues to be responsive in every way, and for that we are so grateful. We love our home and everything Derek and team did to make it as special as it is.
